Evelyn Leora Boone

February 23, 1926 to July 14, 2008

Mrs. Evelyn Boone passed away Monday July 14^th surrounded by her loving family.

She was born in Smithland Kentucky on February 23^rd 1926, a daughter of Charley and Tenora (Rudd) Stringer.

On January 17^th 1948 she was married to Wilson Lane Boone.

Mr. Boone preceded her in death.

Prior to her retirement she had been employed by Mills Products in Farmington, Michigan for many years.

She is survived by her sons, Dennis (Debbie) Gilkey of Belleville, MI., Wilson Lane Boone Jr. of Belleville, MI., and Jerry (Louann) Boone of Canton MI.

Grandchildren Denise Hannah of Belleville MI., Derek Gilkey of Ann Arbor MI., Kevin Boone of Canton MI., Brian Boone of Canton MI. and Jennifer Boone of Canton MI.

She will be missed by many close friends and family.

Funeral Services were held July 18^th 2008 at the

Higgerson and Neal Funeral Home in Belleville MI.

 Burial followed at Hillside Cemetery.
