Mrs. Georgia Florence Slavick passed away

Saturday, September 3, 2011 at her daughter’s home.

She was born October 18, 1927 in Detroit, Michigan

a daughter of Frederick and Florence (Shipman) Grostick.

On January 24, 1948 she was married to Earl T. Slavick

in Detroit, Michigan, moving to the Belleville area

from Detroit in 1949.

Mr. Slavick preceded her in death on January 26, 2000.

Mrs. Slavick loved her family.

She enjoyed puzzles of all types.

Mrs. Slavick was the loving mother of 6 children;

Carole (Bill) Bashforth, Randy Slavick,

Sherrie (Stan) Saksewski, Colleen (Jim) Walters,

Allison (Randy Matis) Slavick and Lori (David) Pudduck.

Fond grandmother of many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Mrs. Slavick is preceded in death by her son-in-law Brian Hovizi,

grandson Steven Saksewski and her beloved cat Spaz.

Private burial services have taken place at Union Udell Cemetery.
